Program Director- Greg

Greg oversees our patient care team to ensure patients and their loved ones experience the proper treatment based on their individualized plan of care from the moment they are evaluated and even after they have been discharged from our facility. Greg manages to ensure every member contributes to their expertise to fulfill the care needs of our patients.

Activity Coordinator- Armine

Armine, our activity coordinator, plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients at an adult day care center by providing meaningful and enriching activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, physical well-being, and emotional support.

Armine is responsible for scheduling entertainment for our participants to keep them socially engaged with each other.

Activity Aide- Natalie

Natalie assists in supporting the activity coordinator in planning and facilitating engaging and stimulating activities for clients at an adult day care center.

Natalie ensures that participants at Glendale ADHC have access to meaningful and enriching activities that promote their overall well-being.

Activity Leads

Activity leads in an adult day care center are primarily responsible for providing direct entertainment and engagement for clients through activities such as singing, dancing, holiday celebrations, and theatrical plays. Their role involves:

Entertainment Planning: Developing creative and engaging entertainment programs tailored to the interests and preferences of the center’s clients. This includes selecting appropriate music, choreographing dance routines, and planning themed events for holidays and special occasions.

Holiday Celebrations: Organizing and coordinating special events and celebrations for holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and cultural festivals. This includes decorating the facility, planning themed activities, and providing entertainment that reflects the spirit of the holiday.

Thematic Plays: Planning, rehearsing, and staging theatrical plays or skits that entertain and engage clients. This may involve selecting scripts, assigning roles to clients who wish to participate, and coordinating rehearsals leading up to the performance.

Client Engagement: Ensuring active participation and involvement of clients in entertainment activities by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, encouraging interaction, and adapting performances to accommodate individual preferences and abilities.

Drivers and Aides

Our drivers in at Glendale ADHC are provide accessibility to the center for all our participants. Haik and Toros coordinate the pick-up and drop-off of participants on a daily basis for all of our participants.
